Overview and Priority Issues: This result area will seek to address the many barriers and restrictions in access to resources that persons with disabilities face while participating in social activities. The aim of the program for this domain will thus be that supported children/ youth / persons with disabilities are more meaningfully included in social activities/ processes and are viewed as equal members of society.
To attain this ambition, CDSK will address challenges of negative norms, attitudes & culture; weak policy implementation; and social injustices [access SRH, GBV and Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment (CIDT)].
