Launched in October 2024, is a 3-year project (2024-2026), implemented in Kenya and Tanzania aimed at addressing the issues of limited access to appropriate training, community support, and employment opportunities for youth with disabilities.
The Kazi Na Maisha Project aims to oversee 100 Youths with Disabilities in their diversity having a better quality of life through work.
This project centers on strong partnerships with all stakeholders in the vocational skills training arena and most importantly, the youth with disabilities themselves.
In Kenya, the project is implemented by CDSK’s POs; Catholic Diocese of Nakuru and Matumaini Rehabilitation Centre from Nakuru County, AIC Child Care Centre Kajiado, and Auschidys Disability Africa from Kajiado County.
