Michael knows the challenges the learners continue to face during the struggles to acquires quality education regardless of their status in the society.

This valuable experience (pioneering for inclusive education strategies for Girls with disability) has enabled Michael to work with over 430 learners who have transited to over 169 secondary schools within the republic to fully explore their potential.

Michael continues to pilot new approaches to inclusive education believes that inclusive in the three spheres of life is the way to go to reduce the levels of poverty among the citizenry in the developing countries.
