Vincent Ogutu (Program Manager)
Vincent is a pro-poor development practitioner with over 10 years experience in integrated development programmes with a bias in disability programming such as emergency relief, WASH, inclusive education , livelihoods & economic empowerment, and rehabilitation & school health promotion.
Vincent is competent in capacity building in various programmatic interventions, disability inclusion / mainstreaming and generating evidence for programme response. He is also an enthusiast of advocacy & lobbying for the promotion, fulfilment and protection of the rights of persons with disabilities.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Master of Arts Degree in Project Planning & Management and Master of Public Health Degree (MPH). Vincent is an accomplished cross-border trainer and has also attended competency strengthening courses on various topics including Community Based Rehabilitation. He is a Fellow of the Professional Fellowship Programme on Inclusive Disability Employment (PFP – IDE) sponsored by US Department for Educational and Cultural Affairs.
