Cheshire Disability Services Kenya (CDSK) is a Global Alliance member of Leonard Cheshire Disability. The Global Alliance is a network of over 200 independently managed Cheshire organizations. The members, of which the UK charity Leonard Cheshire Disability is one, work in 54 countries across Africa, Asia, the Americas and Europe.  Global Alliance members are united by a desire to change attitudes towards disability around the world, supporting each other through sharing skills and experience. Each Cheshire organization has its own independent governance structure and individual NGO status.

Additionally, CDSK is a Strategic Partner Organization (SPO) for Liliane Fonds (Netherlands) in Kenya and works with a network of local Partner Organizations within the republic for programme delivery in communities.

CDSK is also a member of national movements such as the Action for Child with Disabilities (ACD) Society (comprising of both national and international development actors) which champions the rights of Persons with Disabilities in Kenya.
